Or get AdAware from http://www.lavasoft.de.  Better yet, get both -- they
don't always find the same things.  (Note:  if you use LavaSoft's quarantine
operation to sequester obnoxious stuff, SpyBot will report the quarantine
area as being toxic.  Don't worry.)
