Since many people are stuck with M$ Internet Exploder 6.x and the said blowser
often has trouble displaying PNG correctly I rushed ahead and did a JPEG
conversion.  It is much bigger, but may come in handy if you can't see the
PNG version.  You find it at <http://www.melroch.se/cxschart.jpg>
