191 is the Star-Spangled Banner, and the ones on 203 are "God save the
Queen" (as you correctly surmised), "Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit"
(Germany), "Du gamla, du fria" (Sweden), "Oh Canada" / "Ô Canada" (two
translations since the English and French lyrics are not translations
one of the other), "God Defend New Zealand", and "Advance, Australia
Fair".
