I don't know about what to call your base nine system, but Rokbeigalmki,
even though it has a base 10 number system, it's orthography for writing
that number system is based on binary.
The alphabetic style uses ten symbols, for 0-9, following the spoken form
of the numbers.
The ideographic style uses 32 sybols, for binary 0-11111, being closer to
the original "finger binary" basis of the numeric orthography.
