Rain is optional here, only wind-strength defines the fun.

T-shirt weather, as long as there's sun and no wind. No kidding! Oh, and as long as you don't sit still for more than ten minutes of course.

What a lovely summer you must be having! I don't handle temperatures above 25C very well anymore.
