This is Omniglot's list of languages written in the Latin script, although it
includes those written with diacritics:

Ewe is on that list, but it includes some special characters (you can click
through the names to see a write-up). Swahili uses an apostrophe as part of a
letter combination (ng'), but no actual diacritics. Have fun finding others,
it's a long list. :)
