English person? I've only seen one or two episodes but I thought that
guy with the non-rhotic accent was from Boston (or somewhere else in
that general direction). It didn't sound like a normal British accent
(not that I'm familiar with many, admittedly), it was much more the kind
I find addictive to listen to. (Is Dr Bashier from ST DS9 from that area
too?)
