Well, Lombardy includes most of OTL Northern Italy and as happened here,
Toscanian dialect became the most extended becoming the "official" dialect,
but Lombardy gave the name for the country (in other words: Toscana was
culturaly more important but there were Lombardians the ones finally uniting
the North of the Peninsula).

Of course, I can shape my conworld better with all your help.
