Latin, before <G> was invented. Lojban has /S/ - maybe some natlangs too? Ah, yes, found one: transcription of Kabyle. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabyle_language) And if we start going deeper into conlangs, we can probably find everything from labial flaps to glottals to /t/... :)
