No, alas, there's no "-mite" involved. It's just canned veggies. Kind
of succotash (lima beans & corn) (emphasis on the "suck") with diced
carrot and sliced green beans, blanched/boiled to flavorlessness and
canned. I guess if you're expecting a nuclear holocaust, it'd be okay
to take down into the shelter. It also pops up as a key ingredient in
what we New Englanders call a "casserole" or what Mid-Westerners call
<shudder, ack> "hot dish" ("Madge, pass me some more of that peanut
butter, tuna, and VegAll hot dish....Erm, where's the ketchup?").
