Intercosmos.com will host registered domain names at no cost... there's a choice of ads though... my fave' is a java window you can delete the minute it pops up... no messing up your pages if you don't want the ads to... And Intercosmos offers unlimited subdomains with upto 25meg of disk space and an email account... such as www.conlang.org then http://bitruscan.conlang.org etc.etc. and your email would be sompin like bitruscan@conlang.org.
