Interesting!  That's a good idea.   I think I'll have a labial flap,
either as a phoneme or as an allophone of something else,
in Macaronesian.  While Macaronesian is not spoken in any of the
two African areas where labial flaps seem to be concentrated on,
it is at least spoken on a group of islands off the coast of
Africa, namely, the Canaries.
