I had a great deal of difficulty with translating these well into
ea-luna, but I settled on "Father-supernatural-being" for God. Not that
it matters, since ea-diwe don't have contact with cultures of our
reality, and even if they did, missionaries would have to try not to get
themselves tangled in the web of politics (directly associated with
religion), where anyone opposing the state religion is executed, and all
it takes to get turned in is to make friends with someone of the wrong
clan.

Siidmak and Merahai, my two current projects, will both be equipped to
handle the Judeo-Christian-Islamic world, as you say, as well as being
able to deal with several other major and minor religions. I've started
on that a bit with Siidmak, but have yet to approach it with Merahai. I
am thinking about translating the first surah of the Qur'an (Al-Fatihah)
into both Siidmak and Merahai... I love the sound of it in Arabic, and I
hope that I can do it justice.
