Since this is census data, people who are legally "Matthew" are listed
under that name, so the last figure reflects only people who are "Matt"
and never "Matthew".
Quick summary of common names: James, John, and Robert break 3%, Michael,
William, and David break 2%; Richard, Charles, Thomas, Joseph, and
Christopher break 1%. On the female side, Mary breaks 2% and Patricia
and Linda break 1%. The flatter distribution reflects the fact that
there are a lot more rare female names than male ones.
