The 59th most common U.S. male name (as of 1990), with an absolute
frequency of about 0.308%.
http://www.census.gov/genealogy/names/ has 1990 surname, male first
name, and female first name frequencies, though the sort order is not to be
trusted for names rarer than 0.001%.
