My first name is the most common among teenagers according to Mark
Reed's post, and I had a class with another Michael only once.
(Actually, it was three times, but it was the same one each time)
I've also only been a victim of the "birthday paradox" once, so maybe
it's just that I live in a small town.
Michael
(I did have the same initials as someone else in my "gifted" class. The
teacher would record special assignments by initials, but I messed that
up. After a few weeks of thinking about it, she decided to add grade
numbers in my case. I was in 3rd grade at the time, and therefore I am
the original MP3 :) )
