Minyeva doesn't have a conculture, being a lablang and not an artlang. Thus,
certain items translate more directly into Minyeva into the more cultured
conlangs.

> I need a kilogram of flour.
----------
> 2. bread
pijo = bread meba fe u pijo lo le mavi mone i maji o le. used.for it FOC bread that I must serve PAT cousin of me.
> It's for the bread that I must serve to my cousin.
i have a verb for "to be for": meba ----------
> 3. fever
pige = to have a fever what can i say, i'm fond of verbs over phrases :~) pige va. have.fever he.
> He has a fever. >

> 4. delirious
kive'nevu = to be delirious (temporarily insane) nevu = temporary kive = be insane fe kive'nevu i va, it [makes] delirious PAT him, cla vamo'gapi u lo sema le u pabjo. and hallucinates FOC that be I FOC monster.
> He is delirious with it, hallucinating that I am a (conculturally > appropriate monster).
vamo'gapi = hallucinate vamo = to see gapi = false, wrong ----------
> 5. medicine
kuja = medicine pole ti'biko te u kuja nadi ki. require illness-the FOC medicine expensive some.

i used the same word "pole" to translate 'requires' here, and 'need' in number 1.
