Either before stressed syllables, or between a prefix and root
("un-fucking-believable"). I think the insertion before the stressed
syllable may be a case of false analysis: e.g. analysing "absolutely" as
"abso-" + "lutely" and therefore producing "abso-fucking-lutely".
