Hm. In Unicode, capital Hwair is <Ƕ> and lowercase hwair is <ƕ>. I don't
readily see a similarity to <£>, but I can imagine variants which would
display such; I suppose it depends on the font.

Seems to me there's not a whole lot of difference between [W] and [h_w],
really.
