Well, at least two other conlangers besides me thought that it referred
to conworlds. Whatever the coiner of the slogan intended, it can be
interpreted as I and some others have interpreted it. So at best it is
ambiguous; at worst it excludes a whole bunch of conlangers.

checking I find that the verb "to weird" *is* attested in English
literature; I find it is a transitive verb (just what we need here) with
the meanings: "to destine [something], to to forewarn"

I assume so, as it must surely be the subject of "weirds". I guess the
coiner of the slogan probably intended it to mean "to create verbs" or,
since it is derived from Latin _uerbum_ (word), "to create words."
However, on checking I see that it does occur as a verb in English slang
with the meaning "to attribute a confession (to a suspect)", or "to
extract a confession (from a subject)."

'cause it ain't an adjective - it's the 3rd pers. sing. of the simple
present tense of a verb. According to my dictionary "weird" may be a
noun, adjective or (rarely) verb.
But as to the meaning of "Verbing weirds language" - there, as I see it,
several possibilities, e.g.
- extracting a confession forewarns language
- creating words renders language weird
etc., etc.
