Not without time-travel!!!
Who want's to present an ancient Hittite with an
email? It's barmy & impossible.
But an ancient language, if enough of it is known,
can be revived & can express modern concepts well
enough - the example of the revival of Hebrew in
modern Israel is evidence enough.
But we seem to be talking at cross purposes, so
I suggest this exchange is not prolonged.
