SILDoulosUnicodeIPA has the ligatures for contour tones built in, but
you need to use WorldPad or some other program that supports the
Graphite font extensions. (Unfortunately, SILDoulosUnicodeIPA doesn't
support the hack I'm using to represent a voiceless retroflex lateral
fricative, which is U+026C U+0322. If I ever get the time, I'd like to
put a Graphite font together that supports things like this.)
