Hangkerim has one. They prescrive which is correct use and which is inco=
rrect,
but they also promote the recompilation of all written or weaved material=
, and
the use of Hangkerimce in the computer world, research on technologies th=
at help
to write, print, speak in Hangkerimce, and they have special departments =
for
approaching the same goals with the other languages in Hangkerim.
About prescriptions, Hangkerimce Academy is very picky on the use of the =
correct
mode-aspect morphems, and for not mixing them. Also borrowings when ther=
e is a
correct Hangkerim word or those borrowings are not adapted to the Hangker=
im
phonology...
Chleweiness has no academy and is use of Chleweyish the one which marks
correctness and incorrectness, and the Supreme authority of the Chleweine=
ss is
the only one to decide what is Chleweyish and what is an invalid attempt =
(and
therefore will not count for making correct Chleweyish).
