Using my "reformed/heterodox" Klingon translit, I spell it 'tlingan hol'.
(Everything is case-insensitive and Q /qX/ > k.)
Incidentally, Avar /tK/ and /tK>/ are sometimes transliterated as kl and
kl', and a /tK/ > /kK/ > /k/ shift has already happened in other Northeast
Caucasian languages.
