Reformierte Rechtschreibung der Merechen-Sprache
If it is an old book, you could use Fraktur (Blackletter), using
long-s U+017F in {sch} and write 'Reformirte ...'.
Your 'Orthografiereform der Merechsprache' sounds ok, too. But I'd
use 'Rechtschreibung'. And 'Rechtschreibreform' would also be ok, but
sounds quite modern -- we just had one... :-/
