You didn't attribute properly. If you cut off all the ">" at the
left sided of the line, what someone else writes will be attributed
to you. As a matter of netiquette, it's a good idea to use ">" to
show who wrote what, rather than "So and So wrote:" in the paragraph
you're quoting. Your mail program should do this automatically,
though you may have to look into the configuration to see what's
what.

To be honest, I thought you wrote it, too.
