Do these genders have any special phoneme or letter
associated with them? Swedish has two grammatical
genders called n-gender and t-gender (or uter and
neuter or neuter and real).
I imagine present day German could call the genders
something like r-gender for masc, s-gender for neut,
and possibly ie-gender for fem.
You could do something similar.
