Siyo!
Been inspired tonight to start a writing system.
Inspired by Inuit, Mongolian, and Ogham scripts
(thanks to the website I mentioned). Very logical,
too, in that each class of sounds (plosive, fricative,
nasal, approximate, vowel) has its own writing rule.
EG:
The vowels add a line as they progress--a e i o
u--though u is altered from a pentagon to an arc for
ease.
h is a small hollow circle, s is filled in
And so on.
We'll see how it goes.
