I would just say the subject and then "egg," with the verb "make" implied. For example, "Me egg" wouldn't mean "I AM an egg" (cause that wouldn't make much sense), but I laid an egg. (not really!) ;-) Or you could use the word egg twice; this would be something like "I egged an egg."
