Really? I'd say "bloody" is weaker than "shit".

I'd say: damn < bloody < bastard < shit < fuck < cunt, with the first
two being pretty harmless, the next two being ones you'd only use if
you're angry, and the last two next to completely unacceptable.
But then again, hereabouts you here everything except "cunt" being used
in everyday language. Here in Ireland, we're not quite so hung up about
vulgarities. "Cunt", however, is just bad, bad, bad.
Oh, and "cock" is now fashionable around here, and that goes right
between "shit" and "fuck", and is just slightly stronger than "shit".
