The Tairezazhen normally makes an adjective of the city name and then uses
it as a noun. They'd probably transliteraty "Bloomington" as {blu:miNton},
the adjective'd then be {blu:miNtonZ}, which badly violates Tairezazh
phonology, and presumeably be mangled as /blounintonZ/.
