Could someone translate this for me? I think it's in dog Latin. I'm not
sure where any punctuation would go.
Fax mentis incendium gloria cultum memo bis punitor delicatum
The best I could come up with was "A torch judges the glory of
cultivation with fire. I remember twice the delicate avenger."
That doesn't involve conlanging, but if anyone translates it into a
conlang with keeping the poetry of the original, it's
worth...um...postage to wherever you live. I'll mail it to you.

All right, if you must know, I got the Latin phrase from _Charlie and the
Chocolate Factory_, a movie, I am convinced, that was intended to promote
the use of narcotics.
