A Romance language with random English words thrown in. A similar case could be made for Cajun French. When I was in Dallas in the early early morning yesterday, I thought of writing (for fun) a Texan-English-Spanish dictionary. But this was more for localisms like "yup", "y'all", "jeet" (< "did you eat") and "sumbitch".
