This is an official Scots translation of a Scottish Parliament report:

It looks like some kind of Bastard child of English and Scots, replacing
words that aren't in Scots with completely unaltered english.
eg.
"In repone tae objective 2.1.2 a feasibility study intil an institute for
the Leids o Scotland, tochered by the Carnegie trust for the universities o
Scotland is noo roadit. Amang the ettles o the study is:"
I have to say though, Scots is an interesting language. More Germanic than
English.
