Minor adjustment in licensing terms (was Re: LUNATIC SURVEY: 2005)

In my original reply, I of course meant the GNU FDL, not the LGPL. The LGPL has
been on my mind a lot of late, and I'm guessing how that snucked in there.

So, to make it clear:

I release all my posts to the CONLANG-L list, past present or future, unless
specifically stated otherwise, and excluding quoted information released under
other licenses, under the GNU Free Documentation License. See www.gnu.org for
