As far as I know an "offie" (Off-licence ) is a place that sells alcoholic stuff after the "closing time" in the UK ... When all pubs are closed, the only place you can get a drink (here a bottle) is at an offie. chiph ICQ 4246788 "Dreams are such stuff we are made on" ( Shakespeare, the Tempest)
