babel text - not in babel encoding

Oh dear... it appears that my posting turned to chopped parsnips when it
went to a few, so I am resending it below:


Wow!
I'm very excited. I have just completed my translation of the Babel text in
Rumansa. I have to give the text a bit of a massage to have it perfect, but
it is essentially done. I'll have it up on a website soon enough for
everyone to see.

It would be better if I could post it now, but I'd be dissatisfied with it
at this point. I'm just so excited that I had to tell those who would
appreciate how difficult and enjoyable it is to have such a significant
project complete!
