...it may be interesting to some, though I certainly am not trying to
start YAEPT, that this particular Coach Jordan pronounced his last
name ['dZr\=.dn=], with no actual vowels to speak of. I have since
encountered that pronunciation of "Jordan" a few more times, and it
continues to puzzle me. I assume it is a Southern thing.
