I would prefer ə and charset="UTF-8". I know for a fact that that
works...
If you have Word 2002 you may find "Save as -- Web page, Filtered"
useful if you use a lot of special characters. You will want to replace
the style definitions and names with your own, however...
BTW is there a how-to for external style sheets out there?
In particular I'm not sure about the format of the stylesheet itself.
