 Yeah, they're cool, but like Irina I don't intend to write my language of
some thirty
years all over again because I like the ergative.  Besides, the ergative
doesn't
seem too shiney to me anymore, either.  If I invent a new language, or if I
ever develop Nenddeylyt (a source of much Teonaht vocabulary), then maybe
I'll make it an ergative language.   Much closer to Teonaht thinking is the
volitional non-volitional split, which is what I finessed over the last
year.
