There's a good book out detailing the debate about the glottalic
theories out there, called
"The Glottalic Theory: Survey and Synthesis" by
Joseph P. Salmons
It's part of the "Journal of Indo-European Studies", edited by
Edgar Polom=E9 here at UT; this particular book is in Monograph
series, Number 10.
