This is actually something I was wondering about. In Sasxsek, "chess" is called "(li) sahmat" but I do have yet to name the particular pieces. I had though about a liter translation and calling it something like "(li) reg'morot". I do have a word "bisop" for "bishop" but it is in the literal sense, not the chesspiece.
