They wouldn't do that themselves, which is not unimportant.
They see themselves as the middle road between Islam and
Hinduism, and their actual practices and teachings bear this out.
There was probably some influence from Zoroastrianism too,
although that may have been by the vehicle of some form of
Islam influenced by that faith.
