I like the long-short rhythm, and, knowing nothing of your language, each line seems to have an intonation that ascends in the first half and falls in the last half. The circularness of starting and ending with the same word gives poems a feeling of timelessness IMO. (There's another poem like that http://www.cs.rice.edu/~ssiyer/minstrels/poems/1301.html)
