Actually you don't need Dutch to use it. It's setup program is in English, and
each user can choose between 6 mothertongues, which are the languages
everything (from the help files to the text on the buttons) is displayed in. It
has English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and Italian as mothertongues IIRC.
I use it in French for instance, while my friend has it set to Dutch as
mothertongue.
