I would think of something that "largely fits" as something that "mostly
fits", i.e., a whole lot of clothes stuffed into a suitcase. You might not
get it quite all in, but it'll fit, for the most part. So perhaps a 1.45MB
program on a 1.44 floppy. But that doesn't seem to fit the meaning either,
as such a program would not function missing its 0.01MB.
