U.S. cars are dual-labeled so that they can be sold in Canada also.

Indeed not. In the center of the continent (near the U.S.-Canadian border),
the annual temperature swing is -40 to 35. (That's -40 F to 95 F.)
Save for Siberia, North America must have the worst overall climate on
the planet, compounded by very high humidities in the parts where most
people live.
