These are the ones I remember and can do:
A liter is 10% more than a quart (easy)
A meter is 10% more than a yard (easy)
A kilogram is 10% more than two pounds (easy)
Five centimeters is two inches (medium)
Five miles is eight kilometers (hard)
I keep separate track of F and C degrees, as converting in my head
is way too difficult.

To say that Bilbo's breath was taken away is no description at all. There
are no words left to express his staggerment, since Men changed the language
that they learned of elves in the days when all the world was wonderful.
