But the trouble with "paralang", "whimlang" and "altlang" is that all those designations can surely be aplied to _most_ conlangs - certainly to all artlangs. Certainly "paralang" and "altlang" can also designate loglangs and auxlangs. Many (most?) artlangs, indeed, have paracultures and/or alt-histories; so the terms 'paralang' and 'altlang' would surely be very misleading if restricted just to languages like Vorlin, Dublex & BrSc.
