of course i don't have an edh key, but i can type alt-0240 and alt-0208
really fast (almost as fast as i can type 'th') and can write ð/Ð faster
than th/Th.

because i felt like it :-P
actually, i have found that in quite a few cases there is no need to
distinguish between 'f' and 'v' in english (is it even necessary at all?
there are 'fan'/'van', 'fear'/'veer', 'fast'/'vast', etc. but i think
context almost always disambiguates)
